Mental Health Therapist I and II (Residential Facility)

Overview Mental Health Therapist I and II (Residential Facility) – PA • Full-time Responsibilities Delivery of treatment to assigned clients in a residential setting in accordance with organizational policy and procedures. Initial development and implementation of treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Psychology, Community Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related clinical field. Licensed Clinical Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Previous experience in Residential Treatment setting is preferred but not required. Other Requirements Pre-employment drug screen and physical required. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearance are required. Work Hours Flexible Scheduling Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Various treatment modality trainings provided (TF-CBT and DBT) provide eligibility for certification.
