Project Engineer — Multifamily Construction

Location: Denver Metro, CO (on-site) • Full-time, direct hire

About the opportunity

Staff Chasers is partnering with a well-established Denver-area general contractor to hire a Project Engineer. This is a growing builder with a strong reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee retention, and an expanding multifamily portfolio. The first assignment is a 150-unit affordable-housing project.

What you’ll do

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on an active jobsite; manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and document control; track submittals and procurement to keep the project on schedule; maintain and distribute current drawings to subcontractors; attend and document OAC and subcontractor meetings; assist with change orders, daily photos, preconstruction, and closeout.

What you bring

1–4 years of construction experience (PE, field engineer, or similar); Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; multifamily housing experience strongly preferred; proficiency with Procore (Bluebeam and MS Office a plus); Denver-metro home base for a manageable commute; and an organized, coachable, dependable approach.
