As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Stockton, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this location, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
