Every team member is vital to our success and is recognized for their contributions.About the RoleAs the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Roundhill Meadow in Orange, VA, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our property in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs, plus common area and exterior maintenance and repairs. You'll perform and delegate maintenance tasks, respond to after-hours emergencies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairsMaintain common areas and exteriors to the highest standardsRespond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation required)Delegate tasks to maintenance assistants and ensure timely completionMaintain accurate records for work orders, parts, inventory, and service follow-upFoster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team membersParticipate in ongoing training and mentorship through "The Park Academy"What We're Looking ForCaring attitude, pride in your work, and commitment to high performanceSelf-motivated, hard-working, and high-energyExperience in apartment maintenance or related field preferredHVAC certification preferredSkilled in using power tools and basic technology (computers/tablets)Good people skills, friendly and helpful attitudeAbility to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. frequentlyStrong record-keeping and organizational skillsValid driver's licenseRotating after-hours on-call availability and weekendsPlease Note: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.Pay: $27.00 per hourWork Location: In PersonIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.Equal Opportunity EmployerA proud Virginia Values Veterans V3-certified company.
