Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Professional Recruiter, NextGen Engineering at Insight Global Position: Electrical Service and Special Projects Account Manager Must Haves: 6 + years of experience in electrical service or construction account/project management Need to understand from submittal to close out, warranty etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – managing 7+ projects at a time, valuation under 500,000 in a 2 to 3 month turnaround Strong understanding of electrical systems, service work, and construction site processes, specific to commercial, government, retail, or K-12 clients Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, 4 clicks, Procore, or similar platforms), project management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in client relationship management and business development Day to day – A client in the San Antonio area is looking for an Electrical Account Manager to join their team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing small to mid-size electrical projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This role involves coordinating scheduling and resources, preparing quotes, and supporting business development efforts. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts for electrical service calls, repairs, and special projects, serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, and coordinating with field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors to schedule labor and materials. You will also prepare quotes and estimates, conduct site visits to scope work and ensure client satisfaction, track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively follow up with clients to identify future work opportunities. This person would be responsible for a portfolio ideally in the 3 to 5 million annual range, with 10-12 projects delivering simultaneously.
