- Compliance Monitoring & Audits: Support internal audits and ongoing monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain clear, organized records of audit findings, remediation efforts, and compliance documentation
- Regulatory Reporting: Assist with preparation and submission of required regulatory filings
- Policy & Procedure Maintenance: Support updates and ongoing management of internal policies and compliance materials
- Audit Coordination: Gather and organize documentation for internal and external audits, working across teams as needed
- Risk Awareness: Identify potential compliance risks and escalate concerns appropriately
- Training Coordination: Support compliance training efforts, including tracking completion and maintaining records
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal support, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in financial services, trust administration, or regulated environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Executes compliance monitoring and audit support activities accurately and on time
- Maintains clear, organized documentation for audits, reporting, and internal tracking
- Proactively identifies potential risks or inconsistencies and escalates appropriately
- Builds strong cross-department relationships to support efficient audit and compliance efforts
- Contributes to a well-prepared, audit-ready environment with minimal last-minute disruption
