Job Description:Job Summary:This position is based on‑site and requires four days per week in the Brea office to support collaboration and business needs.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, IT ERP - Oracle Finance to lead and shape the strategic development, support, and optimization of our Oracle Financial systems. This role will be accountable for driving continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Financial applications and enhancing finance-related IT capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a deep Oracle Finance expert, adept at managing distributed teams and collaborating with external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that improve business performance.Envista operates with a diverse ERP footprint due to acquisitions, multiple business units, and cross-functional operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to simplify processes and solutions, unify and rationalize the Oracle Finance landscapes for our Operating Companies and markets that run on Oracle, drive digital maturity, and build a scalable foundation for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business units to drive impactful system improvements and digital transformation initiativesProvide strategic direction, oversight, and leadership for Oracle EBS Financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Treasury)Define and maintain a Finance IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, technology standards, and long-term visionAct as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Financials, guiding both day-to-day operations and major enhancementsLead functional design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support for enhancements, integrations, and system upgradesEnsure integrity, accuracy, performance, and compliance of finance processes within Oracle EBSManage, mentor, and grow a distributed team of IT professionals including contractors, and external partnersCollaborate with external vendors and consulting partners to ensure quality delivery, on-time execution, and budget adherenceLead and guide complex cross-functional initiatives throughout full SDLC – from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation supportBalance business priorities, technical constraints, and compliance requirements to deliver high-value solutionsDrive process automation, reporting improvements, and enhanced user experiences through best practicesEnsure Oracle Finance systems adhere to CSV, Sox and Compliance controls, IT audit requirements, and regulatory compliancePartner with Finance, Internal Audit, and Security teams to support audits, risk assessments, and remediation plansDrive strong alignment between Finance, IT, Operations, and other key stakeholders to solve business challenges using Oracle solutionsInfluence and guide cross-team priorities, workflows, and change management activitiesJob Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldOracle EBS Financials certification or equivalent is a strong plus10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules; experience managing large enterprise finance systems.Proven track record leading distributed teams and managing complex ERP delivery effortsExperience working with external vendors/consulting partners on Oracle ERP projectsDeep expertise across Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related financial componentsStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilitiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product enhancementsExperience with system integrations, reporting tools, and data governance best practicesKnowledge of SDLC methodologies, ERP governance, and IT controls#LI-MM1IND123Target Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
