TravelNurseSource is working with Medical Recruitment Strategies to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701!

• Shift: 3x12 hour Days
• Years of experience: 2 years

Travel experience preferred

• Charting: Epic (experience required)
• Certifications: NIHSS, BLS

• Patient ratios: 1:6
• Weekends: Half of scheduled shifts
• Number of rooms: 19

2 South is a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit, has 18 private rooms and one semi-private room for a potential maximum census of 20 patients. 2 South is a medical surgical unit with telemetry capabilities. The patient population consists of young adults through geriatrics. 2 South receives patients within a broad range of care needs.

UT does not contract travelers residing in the following counties : Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
