Compensation: • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts • Shift times may fluctuate to accommodate day/night projects and different time zones • Paid onsite training provided 5 days per week • Training schedules will fall between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • This is an onsite position in Smithfield, RI • Start date may be earlier than originally specified Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors during technology implementations and hardware upgrades • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to multiple technology rollout projects • Troubleshoot basic hardware and technology implementation issues while ensuring project protocols are followed • Update tracking applications, perform system validations, and document project activity accurately • Communicate project updates using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and email systems • Support multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously in a fast-paced call center environment • Follow project handbooks, implementation guidelines, and company procedures • Adapt shift schedules as needed to support projects occurring in different time zones and during evening/night hours Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required • High School Diploma or GED required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred • IT hardware installation or technology implementation experience preferred but not required • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be comfortable working onsite 4-5 days per week Education: • Required: High School Diploma or GED If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at View email address on click.appcast.io . .aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
