Ellie Mental Health of Manassas is looking for individuals who want to have fun at their job, enjoy every day, and join a team that hears you. Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, providing and assisting with community outreach, and other meaningful and important tasks.

Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.), experience with completing Dx's, treatment plans and clinical case notes, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, and bi-lingual a plus.
