What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead HRIS Function: Manage the activities of the HRIS team providing direction and development while leading the ongoing review and prioritization of HRIS projects
• Partner with Business and Functional Areas: Deliver solutions and processes applying HCM expertise to address technical and business issues in addition to developing, upgrading, and maintaining our HR systems
• Oversee Design and Implementations: Ensure proper design, development and documentation of system configurations and processes, while managing implementations, upgrades and maintenance of new and existing HR systems
• Gather and Analyze Feedback: Review end-user and peer feedback on systems and processes to identify enhancements, then develop action plans and timelines
• Communicate HRIS Updates: Consider downstream impact on system changes and ensure appropriate communications to impacted groups
• Enhance and Maintain Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards to influence and drive strategy, ensuring the accuracy, creation and cadence of standard queries and reports for end users

Qualifications That Make You The Perfect Fit!

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of HRIS systems experience (Dayforce strongly preferred)
• Business analyst experience
• HR regulatory environment and compliance knowledge
• HR metrics and analytics a plus
• Lead or project management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and relationship building experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency required
• Programming language concepts (SQL, DAX, XML) experience a plus
