Admin/Hr Support Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.00 to $23.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Enter and maintain employee information in UKG.
- Review and monitor employee timecards, attendance, and PTO requests.
- Generate reports for management as needed.
- Assist employees with UKG login, timekeeping, and self-service functions.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure documentation compliance.
- Process employee paperwork, including applications, onboarding documents, status changes, and terminations.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Monitor and maintain HR records while ensuring confidentiality.
Admin/Hr Support Qualifications:
- Previous administrative and/or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
