Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique requirements and goals, adapting these plans as necessary.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mental health issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress and document treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research on mood disorders to continually improve treatment strategies and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients who present a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will be critical in helping clients share their experiences and work towards recovery in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
