Children's HBTS Direct Support Professional $19.00 + $2.00 hour = $21.00/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling ($19/hour + currently $2/hour stipend for direct care hours) Days; Weekends; Afternoons, and Evenings The Frank Olean Center is hiring dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) Program. We have open positions throughout Washington County and will do our best to match you with a family close to home! HBTS offers home and community-based support to children with special health care needs. We are currently offering a $2/hour stipend for direct care hours, bringing the hourly payment to $21/hour. What you will do: Develop independence in daily living activities Improve safety through self‑regulation skills Engage in social and community activities with peers Key Responsibilities: Assist children in achieving family-directed goals, promoting independence and safety Provide one‑on‑one support in homes and community settings Facilitate socialization and participation in activities Assist with self‑care tasks as needed Attend required meetings and trainings Safely transport children to approved activities, as needed Qualifications: At least 18 years of age 2 years supervised experience working with children with special health care needs Associate’s degree in human services or related field Clean driving record for the past 3 years (valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance required) Successful background check and DCYF clearance Ideal Candidates: Experienced professionals (DSPs, TAs, Paraprofessionals, CNAs) seeking flexible hours or a second job College students or individuals new to the field looking to gain valuable experience and boost their résumés Children's PASS Direct Support Professional $16.50 + $2.50/hour = $19.00/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling ($16.50/hour + currently $2.50/hour stipend for direct care hours) Days; Weekends; Afternoons, and Evenings Make a Difference in Your Community! PASS is a family‑directed service providing in‑home and community‑based support to children with special health care needs. We are currently offering a $2.50/hour stipend for direct care hours, bringing the hourly payment to $19/hour.
