This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and supportive primary care team that is part of one of the largest not-for-profit, fully integrated healthcare systems in Connecticut. The facility is part of a groundbreaking partnership to build a new 21,000-square-foot health center on tribal land, featuring two distinct yet connected spaces: dedicated Tribal Health Services for members of federally recognized tribes and a public clinic, creating a shared model that blends cultural affirmation with world-class clinical excellence.

Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Primary Care Physician role serving pediatric and adult patients (no OB) in a 100% office-based, outpatient setting
• Full-time, part-time, and hybrid schedule options available
• Weekdays only with minimal call requirements averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Med-Peds trained required
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• H1B cap-exempt organization supporting work authorization needs
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
