Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods. Material Handler will report to Warehouse Supervisor and support all functions of Materials: Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling, Kitting and any other duties.What you will do:Operates various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and rolling carts or may move golf car and utility vehicles to and from yard.Comfortable scanning parts in and out of systemsMaintains the required paperwork and documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.Ensure work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectivesWorks to consistently meet and exceed customer requirementsContinuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvementProvide guidance while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.Responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by receiving and transporting components to the manufacturing floor in accordance with predetermined safety, quality, method, and sequence standards.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.What you will bring:High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, but not required.High level of attention to detailPrevious Material Handling experience preferred.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill.Strong customer service skills.Demonstrated leadership experience.Proven team player.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$21.58Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.Paid time off includes up to 15 vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.401K match up, educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Safety Sensitive Role:YesThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
