- Desirable Practice Setting: 100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a large, collaborative multispecialty clinic
- Work/Life Balance: Flexible 4 or 5 day workweek with schedule autonomy aligned to your desired FTE
- Optimal Patient Volume: 17–22 patients per day allowing for quality-focused, efficient care
- Culture & Support: 1:1 MA or LPN support with strong specialist access and streamlined workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- $365K+ First Year Earning Potential

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents
