Manager, Clinical Risk Management

Manager, Cross Therapeutic Area Clinical Risk Management leads the identification, assessment, and mitigation of quality risks across clinical trials and programs. The role ensures trial data integrity, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness through data-driven oversight activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess key risks in clinical protocols and advise teams on mitigation strategies
- Lead regular risk review meetings with Risk Owners to evaluate mitigation progress and identify emerging risks
- Maintain Clinical Quality Plans and coordinate quality support services progress reviews
- Drive quality risk monitoring reviews and coach teams on monitoring and mitigation activities
- Support inspection readiness activities including developing narratives, preparing sites, and coordinating mock inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, medical, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years healthcare industry experience (pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare systems)
- Proven strong GCP Quality and clinical trials experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work in culturally diverse, cross-functional environments
- Flexibility to respond to changing business needs
