Position Details:

Emergency Room Nurse- Sweetwater TX

Location : Sweetwater TX 79556

Project Duration : 13 weeks

Pay range : $45-$50/hr, based on experience W2 with limited benefits

Shift : 7pm - 7 am

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, triage, monitoring, and ongoing reassessments.
• dminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
• ssist with emergency procedures and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate to the assignment location.
• Previous emergency department nursing experience preferred.
• TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS
