The Director of Store Operations is a key member of our Leadership Team, responsible for developing General Managers, translating strategy into execution, improving store performance, and creating consistent experiences for our guests and teams across our 16+ locations. What You'll Own Guest Experience Store Sales & Profitability Store Operations & Execution Operational Standards & Continuous Improvement General Manager Leadership & Accountability You’ll coach and develop General Managers, strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and create consistency across every Heine Brothers location. What We're Looking For 5+ years leading multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing managers Strong financial and business acumen Experience managing sales, labor, COGS, and controllable expenses Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance high accountability with strong team support Experience creating consistency across multiple locations Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement EOS/Traction experience is a plus Why Heine Brothers Coffee?
