We are hiring a dependable Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and building things. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Manufacturing Assembly Technician Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate products using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure materials according to specifications.
• Follow drawings, instructions, and established assembly procedures.
• Use drills, saws, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other hand tools safely.
• Inspect finished work to ensure proper fit, appearance, and quality.
• Make adjustments as needed to ensure components fit and function correctly.
• Work with different materials and components throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and learning new equipment.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and willing to learn.
• Must be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the workday.
