Balance Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Huntsville, AL!
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented candidates to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a leading electronics manufacturing company.
Pay & Schedule
- $16.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday
- 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Onsite position
Job Responsibilities
- Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
- Follow written work instructions and established procedures.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing .
- Set up and adjust equipment according to blueprint specifications.
- Perform repetitive assembly-line tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Complete required paperwork and production documentation.
- Lift and move materials generally up to 15 lbs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred .
- Ability to follow written instructions and work procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
