Program Management Specialist

Waldo Hospital – Professional – Nonclinical – Req #76847 Program Management Specialist – supporting and advancing community-based programs by developing work plans, coordinating day-to-day activities, and monitoring timelines and operational priorities. This position creates and maintains program materials and tools, while ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with grant requirements and organizational goals. With minimal supervision, the Program Management Specialist may independently lead one or more small programs. The role supports nutrition education efforts in Waldo County through the Nourish ME grant (formerly SNAP Nutrition Education) and delivers engaging, evidence-based nutrition education to schools, students, and community members throughout the county to promote healthier choices and improve community well-being. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or relevant field required. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two years of relevant work experience demonstrating knowledge of project coordination, administrative practices, and hospital/healthcare systems required.
