About the role

American Alternative Assets is seeking experienced, high-performing sales professionals to join our team as Senior Account Executives (Closers).


This is a closing role focused on converting qualified investor leads into long-term clients. You will work directly with individuals seeking portfolio diversification, inflation protection, and retirement account alternatives through physical precious metals investments.

What you'll do

  • Conduct consultations with qualified investors interested in precious metals
  • Educate clients on gold, silver, market conditions, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Present investment solutions tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance
  • Close new business and facilitate large-ticket transactions
  • Assist clients with IRA transfers, rollovers, and retirement account diversification strategies
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Follow up with existing clients regarding portfolio opportunities and market updates
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain detailed records within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on precious metals markets, economic trends, and industry developments
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications
Required

  • 5 years+ proven track record in closing high ticket items and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth and retirement-focused investors
  • Experience conducting phone-based sales presentations and closing transactions
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

Preferred

  • Knowledge of self-directed IRAs, Gold IRAs, and retirement account rollovers
  • Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients

Expected Earnings
$150k-500k + annually
