Part-Time |14 Hours Per Week | Immediate Start

Gifted Potentials is seeking a mature, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide Community Participation Support (CPS) for an adult male in Philadelphia . Must be FLUENT IN SPANISH

We are looking for someone grounded, structured, and confident who can provide consistent mentorship and community-based support.

Local candidates are preferred; however, applicants able to commute reliably and maintain consistent attendance in Collegeville will be considered.

Schedule

• 14 hours per week
Saturday and Sunday Bilingual
• Weekend hours 7am-2pm
• Consistent weekly commitment required

Role Focus

• 1:1 community-based support
• Employment readiness & structured engagement
• incident Redirection
• Building accountability, independence, and confidence
• Supporting positive decision-making and emotional regulation
• Accurate documentation and team communication

Requirements

• DSP, (participant preference)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to consistently complete 14hours weekly
• Experience supporting individuals with ID/DD preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide structured guidance
• Familiarity with HCBS and person-centered supports preferred
