Corporate Account Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support client success, the full-time remote Corporate Account Manager will develop relationships with corporate clients, manage retention and growth initiatives, and collaborate with account executives to identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities Maximize retention rates and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across existing client business units Identify revenue at risk and collaborate with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities Conduct Business Reviews and maintain proactive outreach to ensure client engagement and satisfaction Required qualifications Proven experience managing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS client engagement best practices Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth Energetic, creative, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment
