13 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting procedures Experience with accounting software and financial systems preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Familiarity with general office procedures, including filing and scanning documents Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and accuracy

Review, verify, code, and post invoices in multiple accounting systems Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and obtain required approvals prior to processing Process high-volume invoices from multiple dealership locations accurately and efficiently Prepare invoices for payment and perform check runs Reconcile vendor statements and various payable accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies Respond professionally to vendor and internal inquiries while maintaining accurate vendor records Support the accounting department with additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
