You'll be backed by experienced technicians, installers, and leadership who are committed to doing things the right way and helping you succeed.What You'll DoMeet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort concernsConduct in-home consultations and assess existing HVAC systemsEducate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing programs, warranties, and available solutionsDesign and present customized comfort solutions based on the homeowner's needs and budgetBuild trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approachFollow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales processCoordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceManage the sales process from lead appointment through signed agreement and installation handoffMaintain accurate customer records, estimates, and sales activities within the CRM systemGenerate referrals and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyaltyRepresent the company professionally and uphold our reputation for integrity and quality serviceWhat We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC, home improvement, remodeling, in-home sales, or residential comfort advisor experienceProven ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeownersStrong consultative sales skills with a focus on customer education rather than high-pressure tacticsExperience presenting estimates, financing options, and replacement solutionsUnderstanding of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and energy efficiency concepts preferredStrong communication, presentation, and closing skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectivelyExperience with CRM systems and sales technology preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional appearance and a customer-first attitude
