Technical Writer

Technical WriterWe are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in IT security documentation and infrastructure processes. This individual will support the creation, refinement, and standardization of critical documentation across security, access management, and system configuration practices. This is a hands-on contributor role—the team is looking for someone who can step in immediately with minimal ramp-up and prior exposure to enterprise IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain security-related documentation, policies, and proceduresDocument user access provisioning processes (system access, permissions, approvals, etc.)Create detailed documentation around system configuration and administrationWrite and refine background check policies and proceduresReview and update existing documentation (mixture of net-new and rewrite efforts)Ensure documentation aligns with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST preferred)Partner with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to validate accuracy and completenessSupport documentation readiness following external audit/review findings (CampusGuard engagement)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
