Flex Nurse Educator - Edison, NJ

IQVIA seeks a licensed Nurse Educator to deliver remote and occasional in-person patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence. This non-clinical role supports patients across multiple communication channels while maintaining compliance with program protocols and educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging
• Provide in-person education and home visits during territory coverage and vacancy periods
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow approved protocols, and track KPIs and compliance metrics
• Connect patients to program-approved resources and facilitate provider-patient dialogue
• Collaborate with District Managers on training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, MS Office, iPad, and documentation systems
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Private designated home workspace and ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base annually, plus bonus eligibility
