Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the operation of steel slitting lines to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Monitor product quality, identifying and addressing steel grades and defects as needed.
- Organize workflow and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and supervising steel slitting lines.
- Strong knowledge of steel grades and the ability to identify defects.
