Automotive General Service Technician

Automotive General Service Technician
Independently family-owned company founded in 1990. We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds the expectations of a traditional garage. The Automotive General Service Technician is an entry-level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Join one of the fastest-growing companies in Metro Detroit and grow your career! The ideal candidate is an individual interested in advancing to become a certified automotive technician.
Here is what you will be doing:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter, bulb, batteries, etc
- Perform a Digital Video Inspection.
- Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical
- Perform Tire Maintenance & Installation
- Roat Test Vehicles
- Maintaining and cleaning shop areas
- Other shop maintenance items as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to learn quickly
