Job Summary We are seeking part‑time Ambassadors for our Highland Park scoop shop in LosAngeles. Starting hourly base pay is $20.00/hour with the opportunity to average $30.19 per hour in 2026, based on base pay and tips. Responsibilities Scoop and serve Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams to customers. Prepare waffle products and other ice cream items. Operate the register and manage sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including changing out buckets of ice cream. Provide consistent, world‑class service to every customer. Assist teammates, support the shop’s environment, and act as a brand ambassador for Jeni’s products. Qualifications & Desired Qualities Passion for community and a keen eye for detail. Willingness to clean diligently and handle fast‑paced service. Stamina to serve customers in long lines. Ability to articulate what sets Jeni’s ice cream apart to each customer. Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle for each shift. Commitment to the well‑being of the shop team, community, and environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage, average $30.19 per hour, based on tips.
