Brand Ambassador

Overview Location: Sun Day Carwash locations throughout East LA County, including Highland Park and West Covina, plus off-site community event locations. Hours: Up to 10 hours per week, flexible and event-based Role Type: Part-time About the Role Sun Day Carwash is looking for a Brand Ambassador to help bring our brand to life at community events, pop-ups, fundraisers, and local activations throughout LA County. We currently have two LA County locations open, one in Highland Park and one in West Covina, with more opening soon this year. You’ll be the go-to person helping get Sun Day set up on-site, from loading up supplies to breaking everything down at the end. This is a great opportunity to get marketing experience with a fast-growing brand. You’ll get a chance to learn from seasoned marketers and have a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities Be the face of the brand in Los Angeles County and convey our brand personality which is friendly, upbeat and professional Transport event supplies (tents, tables, signage, banners, merch, etc.) to and from event locations Assist with event set-up and tear-down Staff Sun Day booths and engage with the community Recommend local events, businesses, brands, and community partners that Sun Day should participate in or collaborate with Help drive trial by encouraging guests to sign up for free washes, promotions, and membership offers Answer basic questions about Sun Day Carwash and memberships Distribute promo materials, giveaways, and swag Support on-site logistics to ensure events run smoothly Schedule & Hours Events typically occur on weekends and select weekdays Shifts vary by event Up to 10 hours per week Scheduled in advance based on the event calendar Requirements Reliable transportation with sufficient cargo space (SUV, hatchback, wagon, truck, or similar) Ability to transport event materials independently Valid driver’s license Able to lift and carry light to moderate equipment Comfortable interacting with the public Reliable, punctual, and organized Nice to Have Previous event, marketing, or promo experience Comfortable talking to people and explaining promotions Fluent or conversational in Spanish Why You’ll Love It Real world marketing experience Fun, community-focused events Variety and flexibility Be part of Sun Day’s marketing and community outreach efforts Free carwashes!
