Family Office Chief of Staff
A single-family office is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the principal across operations, finance coordination, and administration. This is a broad, hands-on role for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can keep a busy multi-entity operation running smoothly.
The role involves
• Supporting day-to-day operations and keeping things organized and on track.
• Coordinating with an external accounting team and helping manage financial information.
• Maintaining records, deadlines, and key documents.
• Assisting with reporting and communications as needed.
• Managing scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative support for the principal.
A strong candidate has
• Solid math and accounting skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in a finance, accounting, or operations support role is a plus.
Structure: Reports directly to the principal. Full-time.
