Sr Scrum Master with Banking Experience /Risk

Title: Sr Scrum Master with Risk/banking Experience
Location: Whippany NJ (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week).
Description:
- 10+ years of Sr Scrum Master
- Support 2 Scrum Teams in parallel , facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving effective Sprint execution.
- Support SAFe PI Planning and PI Execution , including readiness, capacity, risks, dependencies, and PI objectives.
- Proactively identify risks, impediments, and delivery concerns early , driving mitigation and timely escalations.
- Maintain and enforce excellent Jira hygiene , ensuring accurate backlog, status, estimates, dependencies, releases/Fix Versions, and delivery tracking.
- Manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies in alignment with established ART processes.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, RTE, Engineering Leads, and Business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and disciplined Agile practices within the teams.
- Hybrid Mode with minimum 3 days at Onsite/office.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience , including 3–4+ years as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum Teams simultaneously
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe, PI Planning, PI Execution, Scrum, and Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and dependency management skills. xhyhwjd
- Proactive, diligent, and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail.
