We are a moving company located in Fort Worth / North Richland Hills. We pick up people’s belongings and transport them from one location to another. Compensation $20/hr base during training; $21/hr base once you become a Lead. This is paid for every hour on the clock, not just billable hours. Tips—typically $5–$8 per hour, with potential for higher earnings. Performance bonuses after training—up to $3 per hour. $5 per hour for last‑minute assignments. Overtime on hours over 40. The typical hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $33.25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for promotion to higher levels. Typical Day You will arrive, meet your crew, grab the truck, and travel to the job location. Duties include loading, unloading, and transporting items—ranging from small studio apartments to large houses with substantial collections. You will solve problems on the fly, collaborate with teammates, communicate with customers, and complete the job safely and efficiently. Qualifications (Must-Haves) Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs independently, and 500 lbs in coordination with teammates. Minimum age 21. At least two years of personal driving experience with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past three years). Pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen.Strong customer‑service skills and motivation to help clients. Availability to work a minimum of three days per week, preferably Thursday–Sunday. Reliable personal transportation (car, motorcycle, or scooter). Nice-to-Have College degree or current enrollment.
