About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's talent management strategy, ensuring it is in line with the company's mission and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of talent management, including acquisition, performance, and development, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will also lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role requires a leader with a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR experience, a proven track record in leading HR business partnering and talent functions, and a strong commitment to equity-focused systems and inclusive talent practices. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include team leadership, capability building, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in organizational design, workforce planning, and experience in influencing senior leaders on complex people-related matters. They should be adept at operating in dynamic environments, with advanced judgment and decision-making skills. The role demands a leader who can operate with transparency, sound judgment, and follow-through, and who is capable of building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. The candidate should be a trusted partner, with the ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable talent and workforce strategies, and to ensure the disciplined execution of these strategies across the employee lifecycle.
