About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Fundraising Priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic fundraising initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to identify and prioritize fundraising needs, as well as overseeing the execution of campaigns and programs to meet those goals. The Associate Vice President will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and philanthropic organizations. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a proven track record in fundraising, with a focus on major gifts and capital campaigns. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to effectively communicate the mission and vision of the organization are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills, capable of leading a team and collaborating across various departments. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, business, or a related discipline.
