We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative with prior dental office experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences.
What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in keeping the practice running smoothly while helping drive patient satisfaction and schedule success. Responsibilities include:

What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in keeping the practice running smoothly while helping drive patient satisfaction and schedule success. Responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing high-volume inbound calls
- Scheduling, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collecting copays and patient payments
- Assisting patients with treatment and financial discussions
- Managing patient communications through phone, email, and text
- Supporting recall, reactivation, and schedule-fill initiatives
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating closely with doctors, hygienists, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Dental office experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and digital systems
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- 4+ yrs (Must have at least 4+ years of hands on experience working in a dental office)
- Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
- Experience answering telephone
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
