A well-established dental practice in the Delray Beach area is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will provide an excellent patient experience while keeping the front office running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage the check-in and check-out process
• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient questions
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Review treatment plans, collect payments, and discuss financial arrangements
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidential information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and recommended treatment

Qualifications

• Previous dental front desk experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and treatment plans
• Experience with dental practice-management software is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient
