What You'll Do  

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. 

• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy. 

• Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases. 

• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays. 

• Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms. 

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed. 

• Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care. 

• Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time. 

• Participate actively in discharge planning. 

What We're Looking For  

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. 

• Current CPR and First Aid certification. 

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 

• Exceptional communication and patient education abilities. 

• A compassionate, team-oriented demeanor. 

• A genuine willingness to make a difference.
