Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Location Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Flexible Schedule | Full-Time or Part-Time Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists. This position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them improve mobility, safety, and quality of life in their own homes. Responsibilities Provide skilled therapy services in patient homes. Carry out established treatment plans involving therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility intervention. Monitor and communicate patient progress and changes to supervising PT. Encourage patient participation and reinforce goals. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, caregivers, and other care team members. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and adapt professionally in a home-based setting.
