Salesforce QA Tester

Supporting a federal Salesforce modernization initiative, the full-time Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute test plans, validate configurations and custom developments, and manage defects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce configurations and integrations Validate data architecture, user security, and integration between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity Log and manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, providing clear documentation and status updates to stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Experience in DoD/Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud) Proven ability to design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including declarative configuration and automation U.S. Citizenship is required
