About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapy to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Active Vermont Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility to obtain

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Experience in inpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong communication and clinical skills
