Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork. Provides support to our Navigation Club Director to offer engaging life enrichment programs and experiences to a select group of residents with mild memory loss. Qualifications We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated. Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities. Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment. Experience working in Senior Living preferred. Music, theatre or exercise instruction skills a plus. Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips. Provides support to our Navigation Director for navigation programming. Operating a large van a plus.
