Henry Ford Health seeks a Registered Nurse Case Manager for Genesys Health System in Grand Blanc. This on-site, full-time day role covers 7:30am–6pm with 4-10 hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. You will develop patient- and family-centered care plans and coordinate services across the care continuum.
