Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Accountant Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work partially in the Boulder office and partially from home using company-provided equipment. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role, specialized in Accounts Receivable and Collections. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $65,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below). Responsibilities Generating and sending out client invoices and credit memos Managing client applications for lines of credit Collecting payments and applying them to client accounts Running various reports (AR, aging, collections, etc.) Preparing for audits Researching and resolving billing discrepancies Informing clients of overdue payments; working with clients to establish payment plans as necessary All other related tasks as required Qualifications At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc. Previous experience with SAP preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Compensation & Benefits Annual salary between $65,000 and $75,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) program with company match How to apply If you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Accountant job in Boulder, CO, then apply now.
