What You Bring
3-4 years of experience in agency recruiting
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
A “detective” mindset—you enjoy uncovering and engaging top talent
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivatedwithaprovenabilitytotakeinitiativeandmanagepriorities
