Optometrist – Full Time, 2 Location Private Practice

We have an immediate full-time opening split across our two locations, just 20 minutes apart. Our past ODs have genuinely appreciated the variety — each office has its own clinical personality, and together they keep the work interesting.

YOUR WEEK, AT A GLANCE

St. Charles office

4 days/week · Primary location

Strong contact lens and lifestyle-based eyewear focus, with a solid and growing medical caseload — and real room to expand specialty services as the practice grows.

Overland office

1 day/week · St. Louis

Medical-forward caseload with a high-volume optical — you'll manage ocular disease and still have plenty of opportunity for lifestyle-based eyewear conversations.

The two offices are just a 20-minute drive apart — an easy addition to your routine, not a burden.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE HERE

• Advanced clinical technology — OCT, Optos, Virtual Visual Fields, Corneal Topography, and Neurolens. You'll have what you need to practice at the top of your scope.
• A strong optical dispensary with real specialty growth potential — whether that's myopia management, dry eye, or contact lens specialty, there's room to build.
• Structured systems that actually work. We use the EyeFacilitate practice model — efficient patient flow, clear team communication, and no flying by the seat of your pants. You'll know what to expect, and so will your team.
